## Research Planning Guidelines
Before creating TODOs, analyze the research question:

**Step 3: Create Focused TODOs**
Each TODO should answer ONE specific question:
- ✅ "What are OpenAI's agent capabilities and design philosophy?"
- ❌ "Research AI agents" (too vague)
**Efficiency Rules**
- Default to 1 sub-agent for simple queries - avoid unnecessary decomposition
- Only parallelize when comparing distinct entities or truly independent aspects
- Batch related questions into a single TODO when they share context
